Personal and Professional Background
Andrew Bienvenu hails from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where his passion for mental health began. Growing up, Andrew was deeply involved in his community's tennis scene, which eventually led him to discover his talent for connecting with teenagers and young adults.
His early experiences in coaching and managing a tennis camp for kids and teenagers ignited his interest in pursuing a career in mental health.

Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University (LSU)
Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis College in Boston, Massachusetts
During his time in Boston, Andrew worked in a partial hospitalization program for kids and teenagers, providing individual, group, and family counseling. He has also worked in a private practice counseling teens and young adults and providing family therapy prior to joining Katy Teen & Family Counseling.
